Me, Myself and i
Graphic Designer
Photographer
Videographer
I am a keen designer who is always looking for a new challenge. I want to take on a new opportunity to push myself in a new direction. Outside of my day job, I do a lot of volunteer work for Scouting and Girlguiding. Including being a Volunteer Lead and Media Development Manager for Solihull Scouts. Through these roles, I am responsible for a large team of volunteers, communication across Solihull and the external image of Scouts in the local area. This ability to balance both roles has developed my organisational and time management skills giving me the capability to manage multiple workstreams.
EXPERIENCE
My Role within the business is primarily as Graphic Designer with other marketing responsibilities. I play a key role in the events produced for our members through developing and supporting campaigns, event setup, communication support to our members and development of supporting media (print, social media, video & photography). During my time at AIS, I have developed a strong network with the various departments I support. I support these departments in the creative development of ideas, strategies and campaigns. I have also been responsible for innovation within the marketing team to autonomies the creation of large-scale repetitive media assets. In the second half of 2022 I was involved with the brand refresh of the company, which is a continuous project into 2023 as we continue to create new assets.

I was involved right from the start (April 2020), building the brand, creating promotional material and regularly communicating updates to participants and volunteers.
During the camp, my team and I gather high-quality photos and videos. The team was made up of 5 people ranging in skills from photos to social media, it was a real pleasure to work with them, and see their skills grow and my job would have been impossible without them.
